Phone Screening

A recruiter will reach out to you to inquire about your current/most recent job and why you are looking to leave.

First Interview

The department head and HR will conduct the first in-bound resume.  This will be in in-person or via zoom.  Interesting candidates will be invited to round 2.

Second Interview

The department head and the Hr. Director will interview the candidate in person and make a recommendation after the meeting.

Job Offer

The HR Director will contact you after all interviews for the position have been completed.  If a job offer is extended, you will receive a verbal offer, followed by an offer letter via email.  If you are in agreement with the terms of the offer letter, you will be required to sign, date, and return document to the sender via email or electronic document by an established deadline.  If the signed offer is not received prior to the deadline, the offer will be rescinded.

A Senior Managing Attorney, the firm Business Manager, and the HR Director will conduct the first-round interview.  This will be in in-person or via zoom.  Interesting candidates will be invited to round 2.

Second Interview

The Senior Partners and the HR Director will conduct the final interview and make a recommendation after the meeting.

Job Offer

The HR Director will contact you after all interviews for the position have been completed.  If a job offer is extended, you will receive a verbal offer, followed by an offer letter via email.  If you are in agreement with the terms of the offer letter, you will be required to sign, date, and return document to the sender via email or electronic document by an established deadline.  If the signed offer is not received prior to the deadline, the offer will be rescinded.

How long does the selection process take?

The selection process can take up to three (3) weeks depending upon scheduling.

When should I expect feedback?

Due to the large number of applications received, only qualified applicants who are selected for further screening will be contacted.
