Lincoln "Kyle" Kokaram was born in Miami, Florida, a first-generation American citizen. Upon graduating high school in the suburbs of Atlanta, Kyle decided to attend Georgia State University where he obtained a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Managerial Sciences in 2013. During his time at Georgia State, Kyle cultivated his passion for serving the community through participation in organizations such as Tighter Grip, an African American Male Initiative where he served as President and helped retain and develop hundreds of African American students. He was also initiated into the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. where he served as Recording Secretary and Membership Intake Coordinator. The impact Kyle left at Georgia State led to him being a finalist for the Student Leader of the Year.

Kyle's journey to law began his junior year at Georgia State University, after much contemplation and discussion over what career would best utilize his skill set as well as satisfy his intellectual appetite. The practice of law proved to be the most appealing option and happily married the opportunity to move back to his hometown of Miami, Florida for school at The University of Miami School of Law. During his time there, Kyle again found himself naturally drawn to leadership positions, serving on the Supreme Court of the Student Bar Association as a Supreme Court Justice. He also volunteered with the Overtown Youth Center to mentor inner-city youth in the Overtown neighborhood of Miami.

Kyle's intimate relationship with family law began his 7th grade year when his parents informed him and his older brother that they would be divorcing. That firsthand experience illustrated the myriad factors that go into a separation and divorce while showing him how it could lead to a positive outcome despite the negative stigma. Kyle's parents happily remarried his freshman year at Georgia State, demonstrating the power of a good agreement leading to the ultimate compromise a few short years later.

Kyle has been practicing family law since October 2020, handling matters ranging from divorce to legitimation to custody modifications. He is thrilled to be with The Manely Firm, P.C. to continue to pursue his passion for helping others through domestic and international family law service.
