Daniele C. Johnson has practiced law since 1997 and devoted her career to protecting others. During her 3rd year of law school, she became court-certified to represent victims of domestic violence. Immediately upon graduating from law school, she served as an assistant district attorney, assigned to the special victims unit of crimes against children. For the last 18 years, she has devoted her skills exclusively to the practice of Family Law.

Daniele is admitted to practice law in the Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals and has argued before the Supreme Court of Georgia on a complex custody case. Daniele is active in her community through the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, Lawyer's Club of Atlanta, East Cobb Business Association, Marietta Business Association, Kennesaw Business Association, Acworth Business Association, as well as the Cobb NAACP. Daniele is also frequently published through the Family Law Review Diversity Committee. Some of her most notable articles include "Cognitive Bias," "Judiciary's Role in the Advancement of Social Evolution of the Nation," and "Know My Name."

Daniele has a healthy balance between aggressive litigation and practicality. She zealously advocates for her clients to protect their interests. Representation begins with the exchange of honest information during the initial strategy session. She then works very closely with her clients to prepare a strategic plan designed to reach their identified goals. Daniele has a results-driven litigation style. If she can attain those goals through the art of assertive negotiation and avoid the emotional and financial cost of going to trial, she will certainly take that path. However, once in court, her acute trial preparations and knowledge of the law have served her clients' interests well.

Daniele is extremely passionate about child custody cases. In 2005, She became a certified guardian ad litem. She firmly believes that it is the child's right to be primarily placed with the parent who has the best disposition to handle that task. As lead counsel of a custody dispute or in her role as a guardian ad litem, Daniele fights hard to design a custody arrangement that will accommodate the unique circumstances of each family and will serve the child's best interest.

Daniele married her husband in 2003 and they are the proud parents of 3 children. She has been a resident of Cobb County since 2002 and is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association, as well as the Family Law Division of the State Bar of Georgia. Daniele also ran for Cobb County Superior Court Judge in 2022 and is recognized as a Who's Who member and a recipient of the National top 100 Black Attorneys Award. She has been repeatedly recognized as the "Client's Choice" attorney on AVVO.com and is the recipient of the 2017 Lawyers of Distinction Award. In 2013, she was published in the State Bar of Georgia Winter Law Review for her article, "The Team Approach to Determine the Best Interest of Children."

The key to Daniele's success is her strong work ethic and established respect in the Family Law community. She will continue to use those attributes for the benefit of her clients.
