Whitney Kenner-Jones

Whitney Kenner-Jones is an attorney dedicated and committed to helping families resolve their legal contentions. Her aspirations are to help families resolve their affairs while maintaining intact and navigable relationships. She feels that separations, divorces, & legal battles do not have to destroy family units. Whitney became certified in collaborative divorce in Portland, Oregon, and uses collaboration in a way that assist her in seeking cost effective solutions in assisting her clients with respectfully restructuring their family.

Additionally, Whitney serves as a Juvenile Dependency Attorney. She is passionate and committed to assisting clients through all circumstances that lead them to Juvenile Court. She believes in the Juvenile Justice System’s commitment to ensure appropriate care, treatment, and rehabilitation for youth involved in the court system. She is equipped with an understanding of the law, court procedures, and innovative possibilities to assist her clients on a path to success and rehabilitation.

She strives to provide her clients with zealous representation, and seeks to help her clients reach a resolution they can be excited about. Whitney has always been committed to public service and giving back to the community. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Public Health/Community Health Education, and subsequently obtained a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Strayer University in Raleigh, NC. Ultimately obtaining her law degree from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law located in Macon, GA.

Prior to working with The Manely Firm, P.C., Whitney performed work place harassment and discrimination investigations for Portland State University. She co-owned and managed the law firm Kenner Jones, Barnett & Armstrong, LLC which maintained offices in Georgia, Illinois, and Oregon. Additionally, she previously served as a Legal Extern for the Georgia Court of Appeals. She gained experience as a summer associate with the City of Atlanta's Attorney’s Office and as a summer associate at a Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Law Firm. Prior to attending law school, Whitney Kenner-Jones co-owned a small business.
