Judge Grubbs was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1969. She was a trial lawyer in Cobb County from 1969 until her appointment to the Juvenile Court Bench in 1996. During that time period, she also served as Assistant District Attorney for Cobb County. She was elected to the Superior Court bench in 2000. Judge Grubbs is the founder of the Cobb Justice Foundation, an organization of over 100 lawyers who provide legal aid to residents of Cobb County. In addition, she helped to establish the Guardian Ad Litem program in Cobb County.

A native of England, Judge Grubbs is an active member of First Baptist Church Marietta. She is past president of both the Cobb County Bar Association and the Rotary Club of Marietta.

After law school, Judge Staley served as Assistant District Attorney for Cobb County. She was elected a Magistrate Judge in 1982 and as a State Court Judge in 1984. She served in this capacity until her election to the Cobb County Superior Court in 1992.

Judge Staley is recognized as a Civic Leader in Cobb County. She was a 1996 class member of Leadership Georgia. In 2001 she received the Joseph T. Tuggle Professionalism Award, Family Law Section, State Bar of Georgia. The Cobb County Y.W.C.A recognized Judge Staley as its 1994 Woman of Achievement. More recently, in 2015 she was awarded the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce Distinguished Woman award, served as president of the Kiwanis Club of Marietta in 2014-2015 and as president of the Council of Superior Court Judges from 2014-2015. Judge Staley is also co-author of Georgia Jurisprudence Family Law.

Judge Harris was elected to the Superior Court bench in July of 2014. Judge Harris served as an assistant district attorney for 19 years. Judge Harris also served on the regional Human Trafficking Task Force.

Judge Harris' civic involvement includes serving as past president and member of the board of directors of Smyrna Optimist Club where she also received the club's Service to the Community Award. Additionally, she serves on committees for the Cancer Society Swordsman's Ball and 100+ Women Against Domestic Violence. In 2012 Judge Harris was a member of Honorary Commanders. In 2004 she participated in Leadership Cobb. Additional civic involvement includes past service as an attorney-coach for Campbell High School Mock Trial Team and as a judge for the Georgia High School Regional Mock Trial Competition.

Judge Ingram is a lifelong resident of Cobb County, having graduated from Marietta High School in 1971. From 1980-1991, She was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal and Civil Divisions of the U.S. Department of Justice in the Northern District of Georgia. In 1991, she was appointed to the State Court of Cobb County and served there until her appointment to the Superior Court bench in 1995.

Judge Ingram is active in the Cobb Landmarks & Historical Society and in Leadership Cobb. She is a former board member of the Marietta-Cobb Museum of Art. She is a member of First United Methodist Church of Marietta and is married with an adult daughter.

Born in Atlanta, Judge Flournoy was raised in Marietta and graduated from Marietta High School in 1970. He was in private practice in Marietta for 20 years handling general, civil, criminal, and appellate matters with a concentration in family law. He was appointed to the Superior Court bench in 2000.

Judge Flournoy is Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art and is a past member of the Downtown Marietta Development Authority. Judge Flournoy is a member of the Marietta Kiwanis Club and attends First United Methodist Church.

Prior to joining the bench of the Cobb County Superior Court, Judge Schuster was the Presiding Judge of the Cobb County Juvenile Court. He began his career in the practice of family law and was former Assistant District Attorney for Cobb County. Judge Schuster is a member of the Marietta Kiwanis Club and serves on the Board of Directors for the Cobb County Boys & Girls Club. He is married with two adult daughters.

After his admittance to the Bar, Judge Kell was an attorney in the Georgia Attorney General's office, where he practiced civil litigation from 1987 until 1997. From 1997-2000 he was with the firm of Troutman Sanders in Atlanta and in 2000 he joined the Marietta firm of Brock, Clay & Calhoun. Judge Kell was appointed to the Superior Court Bench in 2007 and was elected in 2008.

Judge Kell grew up in Cobb County, where his father, Corky, was an athletic director and coach and his mother, Carole, was an English teacher and middle school principal. He is married with one son and attends Johnson Ferry Baptist Church with his family.

Judge Green was appointed to the Superior Court bench in 2010 and was subsequently elected in 2012. Prior to his appointment he was serving as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Northern District of Georgia where he prosecuted drug traffickers and violent criminals. He began his law career at King & Spalding where he focused on employment discrimination, product liability and general litigation.

Before entering college, Judge Green was on active duty with the United States Marine Corps and received an honorable discharge after four years service. He is involved locally with Rotary International, Boy Scouts, and the Cobb Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife have two children and are foster parents. The family attends Northside United Methodist Church.

Prior to his appointment to the Superior Court bench in 2012, Judge Leonard maintained a private practice in Marietta where he specialized in criminal law and civil litigation. He serves on the Board of Directors of Nobis Works, an organization that provides job training and placement to individuals with disabilities. He is active in Marietta Kiwanis and is a frequent volunteer at Safe Path, Calvary Children's Home and MUST Ministries. In his free time, Judge Leonard enjoys coaching youth baseball. He is married with three children and the family attends Due West United Methodist Church.

Judge Poole was elected to the Superior Court in 2012 and took office in 2013. Immediately prior to his service on the Superior Court bench, he was judge of Cobb County Juvenile Court for 10 years.

Judge Poole began his legal career in private practice with the firm which became Dupree, Poole & King. From 1990 until his appointment to juvenile court judge he was the attorney for the Marietta Board of Education.

Judge Poole is a member of the Cobb Justice Foundation, the Georgia Supreme Court Commission on Justice for Children, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Marietta Schools Foundation. Raised in Marietta, Judge Poole is married with 5 children. He attends Marietta First United Methodist Church.

Judge Wolk began her legal career in Cobb Probate Court as the law clerk for Judge David Dodd. In 2001, she went to work for the Marietta firm of Moore, Ingram, Johnson & Steele, where she specialized in probate litigation and estate planning. Before deciding to enroll in law school, she spent 10 years in the field of television production.

Judge Wolk settled in Georgia in the late 1990s. She is a member of the Marietta Rotary club and is a graduate of Leadership Cobb. She serves on the Board of Directors of the YWCA of Northwest Georgia and previously served on the board of MUST Ministries. She is married with a daughter and the family attends Marietta First United Methodist Church.

Prior to her election as Cobb County Clerk of Superior Court, Ms. Keaton was in private practice where she specialized in family law, probate, adoption, and criminal law. She is a member of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, Marietta Kiwanis, and is actively involved in the Republican party.

The parent of both an adopted child and a special needs child, she is the founder and executive director of The Keaton Foundation, a non-profit which aims to find homes for older orphans and children with special needs. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Ms. Keaton has resided in Cobb County for over 16 years.
