I-75 North/GA-401 North
1. Merge onto exit number 20 toward MARIETTA/CHATTANOOGA.
2. Take the GA-120 West exit, exit number 263, toward MARIETTA/SOUTHERN TECH.
3. Merge onto SOUTH MARIETTA PARKWAY SE/GA-120 LOOP E.
4. Turn right onto ATLANTA STREET SE.
I-75 South/GA-401 South
1. Take GA-5 exit, exit number 267B, toward SMYRNA/MARIETTA.
2. Merge onto CANTON ROAD CONNECTOR NE.
3. Turn slight left onto CHURCH STREET NE.
4. Church Street NE becomes WEST PARK SQUARE NW.
5. West Park Square becomes POWDER SPRINGS STREET SW.
6. Turn left onto WAVERLY WAY SE/WAVERLY WAY SW. Continue to follow WAVERLY WAY SE.
7. Turn left onto ATLANTA STREET SE.
I-20 East
1. Get onto I-285 North/GA-407 North via exit number 51B toward CHATTANOOGA/GREENVILLE.
2. Merge onto I-75 N/GA-401 N via exit number via exit number 20 toward MARIETTA/CHATTANOOGA.
3. Take the GA-120 W exit, which is exit number 263, toward MARIETTA/SOUTHERN TECH.
4. Merge onto SOUTH MARIETTA PARKWAY SE/GA-120 LOOP E.
5. Turn right onto ATLANTA STREET SE.
I-20 West
1. Merge onto I-75 N via exit number 57 toward CHATTANOOGA/GREENVILLE.
2. Take the GA-120 W exit, which is exit number 263, toward MARIETTA/SOUTHERN TECH.
3. Merge onto SOUTH MARIETTA PARKWAY SE/GA-120 LOOP E.
4. Turn right onto ATLANTA STREEET SE.
I-575-S
1. Take 575-S, and merge onto I-75 S.
2. Take GA-5 exit, exit number 267B, toward SMYRNA/MARIETTA.

Driving Directions - Downtown Atlanta
From I-85 South
1. Take 85 South to Cheshire Bridge/Lenox Road Exit.
2. Go right at end of ramp onto Cheshire Bridge Road.
3. As you cross over Buford Highway, road changes name to Lenox Road.
4. Continue on Lenox Road to traffic light at Kingsboro Road and go right.
5. Parking deck is on the left.
From 400 (North of the city)
1. Take GA 400 Southbound.
2. Take Lenox Road Exit #2 and go left at the end of ramp towards Peachtree Road.
3. Stay in center lane towards Lenox Road. (Stay in the middle lanes, do not take the left ramp that slopes upward; that will take you to Peachtree, not Lenox.)
4. Cross over Peachtree and get in the left lane.
5. Turn left at traffic light onto Kingsboro Road.
6. The parking deck is on the left.
From South of Atlanta (on I-75, I-85 or 400)
1. Take 75 North to 75/85 Connector through downtown Atlanta.
2. Merge onto 85 North. Merge onto GA 400 North.
3. Take Lenox Road Exit #2 and go right at end of ramp towards Peachtree Road.
4. Stay in center lane towards Lenox Road. (Stay in the middle lanes, do not take the left ramp that slopes upward; that will take you to Peachtree, not Lenox.)
5. Cross over Peachtree and get in left lane.
6. Go left at traffic light onto Kingsboro Road.
7. The parking deck is on the left.
MARTA from the airport
1. Board a Northeast bound train to Doraville to get to the Lenox station - NE7. If you take the wrong northbound train you can switch at the Lindbergh Station.
2. Exit onto Lenox Road and head west towards Peachtree Road.
3. One Live Oak Center is approximately 3 blocks from the station. We are on the 4th floor, Suite 400.

I-575
1. From I-575, take exit 19.
2. Bear West Toward Downtown Canton.
3. Continue straight for approximately 2 miles.
4. We are located in the Babcock Building, across from the Courthouse.
5. The back entrance is directly across from the Courthouse Parking Garage.
Driving Directions Lawrenceville Office
From Interstate 85 North
1. From Interstate 85 North, keep right to take GA-316 toward Lawrenceville/Athens.
2. Exit right onto Highway 120, Duluth/Lawrenceville. Off the exit ramp, turn right toward Lawrenceville.
3. Turn right onto Langley, following signs toward the Gwinnett Justice Center.
4. Continue on Langley, crossing over Hwy. 29, Crogan Street.
5. At the intersection of Constitution and Langley, do a U turn on Langley and enter 400 Crogran from Langley. Follow drive to rear parking.
OR
4. From Langley turn left on Highway 29, Crogan Street.
5. Turn right onto Culver at Cornerstone Development.
6. Turn right onto Constitution. Proceed toward Justice Center and enter 400 Crogran from Constitution into rear parking at office.
