Attorney and Staff

My name is Jeremy Jamal Abernathy and I hold a J.D. from Loyola University of New Orleans School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to practicing law at The Manely Firm, P.C., my legal experience includes two judicial clerkships, trial courtroom experience, and work at a major private law firm.

I am admitted to practice law in all Georgia Courts and additionally, in the Northern District Court of Georgia. My professional affiliations include the State of Georgia Bar Association, Cobb County Bar Association Young Lawyers and Family Law Sections.

I volunteer my time as a member of the Environmental Committee in Kennesaw, Georgia. Additionally, I am a Drummer, Youth Director and Co-ed Softball Coach at Sardis Missionary Baptist Church located in the heart of downtown Kennesaw, Georgia.

I am eager to work hard and earnestly on behalf of the interests of our clients.
